Well, my spidey-senses (or sixth sense for regular people) isn't quite up to par lately, so I thought I'd take the safe route, enjoy :)
Flash is indeed cool, but for many reasons building an entire site in Flash just isn't feasible:
This one is more of an FAQ than any other. I learn things by litterally just thinking about how it's done, ways around it. So everything you see on this site has directly come from application of things that I figured out. Like HTML and CSS, you learn a few tags, look at pages and start figuring it out. The moment you understand the concept and it's like lightning! That's what I call a guava moment!
Well this entire page aside from being powered by Dan's Guava moments, is
structured using CSS or Cascading Style Sheets. CSS allows you to setup divisions,
the DIV tag is way more powerful than the old TABLE alignment structure. DIV
is also shorter than TABLE, making pages load faster and less typing!
The only problem with DIV tags is that it's only accepted by version 4+ browsers,
the good news is that most people have these browsers, anybody with older
versions should upgrade-you're missing out!
Believe it or not this question is frequently asked. Yes it's one person, Dan, who's doing all the coding/design/animation/drawing/writing :) All the math tricks and tips are from Dan guava moments. It's cool to do an entire project like this, you learn a lot. All this being said, I wouldn't mind if anyone submitted math tips, I'll post them!!!
This used to be White... paper is usually white, nothing to hide, no dark secrets to cover up-unless you count my plan to take over Matt Hunton!!! but that's another site :)
Version 3... I have something special planned for that. Version 2 will be available available for your viewing pleasure soon. Version 1... well unfortunately due to an encounter with some Ninjas from the west and some Cowboys from the East... there was a misunderstanding you know the whole solar/lunar eclipse type thing and the file just got lost in all the confusion, sorry.
