Helping other people...
I helped Dave find the origins of the Can-Can song, apparently its been bugging him for a while. Its Offenbach's "Orpheus In The Underworld". Meanwhile, I received the call I was afraid of-I didn't get the job. I can't even tell anyone about it either but that doesn't matter much. All throughout the night, I kept on trying to figure out what I did wrong-I thought the interview went well, I answered all the questions. I don't think I came off as arrogant or cocky, maybe a little bit shy at first but I warmed up quickly.
Di led a great exploration into 'Fear of the Lord' in the bible study at fellowship today. It was indeed a wake-up call noteable quotes:
Without fear, boldness becomes arrogance
You fear what you let master you
Pride' = Insecurity-but both are self-centered
Over the week I got an instant message from Annie whom I had not known until that point. Apparently she came across my website and her teacher in Toronto was teaching the same math trick-I thought that was really cool! People actually read my site and math tips!

For the most part it went off without a hitch, with the exception of Dan Y. not telling me that he was bringing another friend it went pretty well. Some people read too much into the movie others, not enough. Still waiting to hear back from the guy. I don't want it to hinge on this job Lord.
