Electric Dance

Not to be confused with the electric slide. These two guys are doing.... something... to some remix of a Grieg tune (I think).

Picasa

Picasa is a really neat program I recently started to use. It's a picture manager that lets you automatically download pictures from your camera to your hard-drive. It lets you crop, reduce red-eye, automatically change the contrast all very easily and intuitively. It also has a very neat "Timeline view" and the conventional slideshow view as well. Try it out!

Dan's bro and Dan's Bro's Friend go to Krispy Kreme

So my brother and I watched (a while ago) "Harold and Kumar go to Whitecastle" and recently he was in Jasper and suddenly he felt like he needed to go on a quest... a quest that would take him on a journey to [insert Aaron Copland fanfare] KRISPY KREME!

The new Paint

Remember the old paint? You remember that... it was the one where you had a simple brush and you could do a little bit of writing and that was it? The people from Washington State University have created a NEW version of Paint called Paint.NET. This new version of paint lets you do all the stuff Paint used to do but then more! Like sharpening or blurring (for effects), adding gradients, and just a ton of stuff that you'd normally have to get Photoshop or GIMP to use. It's easier than GIMP for simple stuff since the controls are pretty basic and straightforward. Definitely worth checking out BEFORE you go out and buy anything.
